Aims and Objective of Project Vidhyalay:

1. Accession of ethical norms, values and principles: Future Flier Foundation helps an individual to turn into a decent, moral and an ethical human being. To live an efficient life, it is vital for the individuals to possess certain traits thus our foundation focuses on effective communication skills, making individual aware of practices about anger and frustration management. Foundation also focus on giving moral education for developing morality, truthfulness, righteousness and decency in his dealings with others. 2. Development of knowledge and skills: Our foundation understands that School education is not easy and manageable, it requires regularity, diligence and conscientiousness. The parents of the students, who reside in the conditions of poverty, usually have either basic literacy skills or no education at all, they are not able to provide any assistance or guidance to their children. Pre- school is considered as the foundation, which establishes the learning of the child. Future flier believes that learning of the child begins with play in pre-schools and it is vital to make provision of proper teaching and learning processes. Therefore our administration’s proposed major expansion of pre-school programs throughout the country in various states.
5. Providing access to extra-curricular activities and competitions: Future flier foundation give vital importance in organization of competitions and functions. The participation of students in these activities is considered imperative as it arouses interest and enthusiasm amongst them and stimulates their mind-set. 5. Education parents from poor families to not send children for some jobs in factories and offices as helpers. It is impossible for them to have a bright future in small factories.
